My 2nd level was the guy doing real estate on the side. Could never find him. And his team got laid off but he is still there.
On top of RTO I had to move to Dallas and my doggie daycare business is finished. I lost a big portion of my income.
Me too. What about my landscaping business? Now I’m doomed because of RTO.

That's awesome and funny as ever. There's a new hussle though. Take some of the ATT construction equipment, and lease it out to our contractors and pocket the cash. Oh, wait, I forgot. The exec's at Hoffman estates all ready got caught doing that a few years back. They were all promoted and now work from home.

I agree that some people were abusing WFH like those with realtors side gig working from real estate offices and meeting clients. People knew about it and did nothing to stop it. Now we have 5x8. Blame your supervisor.
It's exactly the reason behind full time 5x8 RTO. CEOs are privy that folks are overemployed

Sounds like you need to make a decision then, keep working full time here or switch to doing that full time. Not illegal to have a separate job that isn’t a conflict of interest and it’s done on your own time and not company time.
