Weekly mortgage applications are at a 25 year low says the CFO, interest rates continue to rise, layoffs are happening throughout the mortgage industry and Wells is hiring appraisers? Saw the latest posting this morning. REVs leadership need to step out their caves and let the sunlight burn their retinas

Not in my department. We are hiring contractors done we have so much work.
