Hans Job won’t make it past Q2’23. They should have made Stratton the CEO and a lot of this BS would not have happened. If you are leaving Verizon, just realize that a better future without sh---y leadership awaits you.

Please understand that with this rif you will be branded with the "DO NOT REHIRE" branding. That's not to say you will never be employed again but it limits your options. Wish you the best, just want to be honest with you. Verizon did not do you any favors.

Verizon leadership has no sense of reality in the wireline space.

I’m sorry for those let go today. Hope you find something new and better very soon. Wireline continues to decline precipitously year over year. Everything is now outsourced offshore. Wireline customer service is non existent and customers are frustrated. Sales ends up owning all the customer issue and have no time to sell.
Wireless is now offshoring more and more. Many enterprise wireless customers are leaving due to service and support. Verizon will face severe headwinds for the next 2-3 years.
