Present report randomly chopping hours off for no reason. Yet we know leadership will on focus on the wrong data instead of investigating why the data is flawed due to negative culture.
If you were fired without warning and have proof that you were following the guidance you were provided with, it’s time to go on the record to CNBC, Business Insider or the like. The PR flacks will have a harder time coming up with BS defenses if you have the goods and can show it.
Say it isn’t so? How could there possibly be any issues with a report that “Leadership” views as being gospel?
Plan accordingly and keep your own tracking data. I am sure the RTO police, with their guilt until proven innocent approach, care less about the report being wrong.
