If and when Stankey meets his desired number of FTE's, why to employees believe everything will be fine. What a farce, they will continue to "turn the sc--ws" placing more and more employees on a PIP. T leadership has no regard for the rank and file employees, it will be an uphill climb to accure five years service in the new environment which is their objective.

Unfortunately, many T employees believe after the company gets down to 80K employees all will be wonderful. Not true, it will only get worse. Get your affairs in order now, it will only get worse at T going forward.
They gone and dun busted any kinda loyalty model that there ever was. I do suppose that was the plan from the get go. No need for that kinda thing these days. We gotta different kinda worker mind in the working place now. Aint nobody need to think long terms and they aint gotta think that ways neither. From here to the mountains its each man for himself getting when the gettins good and make no nevermind about whats coming down the road. Dont know about yall but its more to my liking. No worrying about the stuff you cant bend and thats ok cuz they dont bend for us neither. Just come and getter done and be gone. Yes sir sounds just fine by me.
