Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Has anyone been able to pull their Total Rewards Statement this year?

It wasn’t released and it’s nowhere to be found on HR one stop. Only lets me pull up old statements.

No one at the company knows what they’re doing. The “compensation statement” shows your target bonus for next year. You need to look at that doc for the adjustment and then just search for bonus in workday to see what the total rewards last year were.

I believe they got rid of the TSR, no official communication about this, but HR did communicate about the new average hours report that is completely broken! Yay for HR! Y’all suk
