CVX leaders don’t care about employees! If you want leaders who care, work somewhere else. Only thing they care about is positive coverage on cnbc!

And in France they get tons of benefits and great pay! @OP+1jpkcXsf

Is this the Chevron Layoff's website? Sorry. I work for Total and was looking for the latest gossip that the soon-to-be-laid-off losers are posting. I'll go look there.

One month of salary is nothing for the multi billion profit for a quarter, even 2 or 3 month salary is not going to offset the inflation impact or help retaining top talent.

Won't happen at Chevron. Any extra money will be plowed into the dividend, stock buybacks, or executive bonuses. At Chevron, institutional shareholders and management matter, not expendable employees.

Great for them. I’m sure they are also wishing they were paid as high as us, had a raise the past two years like us, or even that their 401k contributions were matched like ours.

We did not manage record profits as of today's news. Earnings and production fell from a year ago. Terrible.

They are forecasting a $700 million charge from the Sabine Pass fiasco. Who was held accountable for that? Nobody!!

Record prices mean high profits. Not a measure of employee performance whatsoever.

This is a brilliant idea to boost morale, increase retention, and reward hard work. Which means there’s not a chance in he-l we get something similar.
