Wheres the WARN notices?

I checked NJ, TX, CO, CA for WARN notices filed and theres none. How is VZ skating around that?

I think they are very strategic when they have layoffs to stagger them enough to avoid WARN notices. Typically they only file them when they do a full thwack to a call center..

So they cap the layoffs in BR office to 499 .. Verizon would be that greedy

Refer to US DOL WARN Booklet available online. Layoff would need to impact 500 or more employees in a single location (building) or a layoff eliminating a company wide employee total of 33% of entire workforce. States have individual WARN legislation which cannot exceed DOL standards.
