18 years with the company and I was fired today because I did not meet the minimum number of hours in the office - by 10 minutes per day. No warning, no PIP plan etc. Sorry for everyone still there. It’s about to get ugly.

BS. This isn’t a post by someone fired over 10 minutes. This is a post by an office “watcher” who thinks they need to know everyone’s business. They’ll loudly announce in the office to go look at THIS website to try to scare the employees around them that they are jealous of. Chances are, the 10 minute coworker has already made up their time before tattler even came in.

If 10 minutes per day was the difference between employed and fired, then you have a lawsuit. The presence report is woefully wrong.
