They sleep very well. Remember, getting above L3 requires increasing levels of psychopathy, and when the “leadership” talks about “needs of the business”, they are not referring to the same business we work in…..they are 100% focused on impressing Wall St and lining their pockets with big bonuses. Network, employee morale, etc is all just unpleasant stuff they have to deal with while they go about their REAL business.
We all are out for ourselves. Look how much you get paid for what you do. Please.... You don't deserve half your pay.
He's the beneficiary of an immigration system he refuses to make comments about. I guess as long as HE got his. I don't care what your views are on immigration, every human deserves a shot at a better life and the system is broken.
Meanwhile his Controller's org is a mess with a rushed, bad conversion and laying off the people that knew what they were doing because they weren't in Dallas. Also, the man can't put two sentences together without stumbling over his words.

Hopefully those who remain know that they do not have to leave their 401K matching contributions in the company stock or they will wake up years from now realizing what a Ponzi scheme that is.
