Literally opening tickets every week because every single week is wrong. So far not a single ticket has been worked and the report has not been corrected. My entire team is having the same issues and nothing‘s been done about it. We all keep an individual tracker showing exactly what time we hit the building and what time we walk out. Freaking ridiculous.

To me, they always confused on timezone. Not sure how these incapable person can do wrong with this simple report for such time zone.
Yep, one week PST, the next CST etc. and report says it is in CST. We open tickets and no response as they get auto-closed.
My data is 100% accurate.
They don’t care. False data is fraud and has been accepted everywhere in Att for decades.
A call to HR is only routed to India where they make up answers and close out tickets giggling.

Sequel code has the correct writings that will make time count accurate actually. The git publish in the night will show the correctness next week. Pakesh from tech will close tickets. Good luck employees

When it shows 11 hour days I sure did. I put in 8 hours every single day so I am not worried about reporting the overage. The report needs to be fix regardless of if it is over or under reporting hours.
You are not taken seriously after the first ticket. Doing it over and over did it. You are just a Karen.

Save your proof for the lawyers that you can’t afford. There will be no appeal. If HR or the powers that be want to see you gone, they will just show you the door.
Same here. None of my tickets are worked either. Guess I'm going to continue the twice daily pics and screenshot as "proof" for when I'm here.
Do. This. More. They hate support tickets and it costs money to address them. The more they get, the more pain they feel. Do it every day.
AT&T just needs a report to fire you. Being correct is not important if they want to surplus you

Weird. I put in my first ticket this week. I don't think it's necessarily been worked, but when I refreshed the report a couple days later, it was magically corrected.

I am guessing they do not care about the report be accurate, just directionally correct. If the report shows you are only connected for 3 hours they you probably have something to worry about. If you are connected for 6+ then it is probably not an issue.
