The settlement resolves a lawsuit that accused Walgreens of inflating its “usual and customary” dr-g prices for insured customers and not factoring in the prices from its now-discontinued Prescription Savings Club program, according to the lawsuit. As a result, insured customers ended up overpaying for their generic medications, the lawsuit claims.
OF COURSE the crooks admitted no wrong doing but settled it anyways.
