Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Always Fight For Your Rights

If WF managers do wrong against you, don't take the matter to Ethics Line because it is owned by the corrupt executives. Take the case to the court. If WF comes back with high-end attorneys, bring the case to reporters, journalists and social media. You have to fight back for your rights like this video:

Layoff = forced change. You grieve the old state. You will get over your anger state.

A couple things: While EthicsLine isn't owned by the C-suite they do regularly toss cases out without proper investigation. They instruct people to do this so WF can make it appear to regulators that they're not doing anything wrong. Also if you know WF is doing something wrong normally I'd say report it to regulators so they can put the sc--ws into WF but given our current political environment they may not care about such things right now.

If the company (any company for that matter) is legitimately doing you wrong, record your conversations. Not sure the legality of audio recording someone without their knowledge, but in the court of public opinion, it speaks volumes.
