does anyone have any Intel on EBCE layoffs or plans for non-workshare employees?

Money is on ITV to take over EBCE.
All the borrowed ITV resources as well.
New postings out for EBCE jobs on the job board today.
I believe the only EBCE employees being displaced were the ones from Workforce Share IF they didn’t have a “core” site to go back to. For example, the borrowed assets from Boise are all out of a job as of 4/1.
