All new space is straight up 3rd world scammer call-center layouts. Three foot desklet cubbies where you will literally be bumping elbows with your neighbors. They are desperate to ramp up non-severance attrition. If you comply with it, you are condoning it.

They are ripping apart all the private offices that everyone had in Middletown (except for 3rd levels and up of course because they think they are so special and don't have to collaborate with the people they work for). They had to cram 4 other buildings worth of people plus all the labs in those into one so they people are being crammed in with these horrible space constraints. You'd be better off cloning yourself into a computer because lab equipment is treated better than employees. When they have power issues, they turn off the AC's to office space so they can keep cooling the lab equipment.

LOL! Funny but not totally accurate. There’s a handful of pretty TDP gals & a few attractive 30-40 somethings. Maybe 70-75% fit your description.
