For BAH proposed staff it's like that Channel 4 show Deal or No Deal.....
The only box you have is the redundancy package, the box they want you to take is a gamble!

I see in the cork thread, wexford employee says wexford office closing in November, but plan on keeping many staff on till Q4 2026. Does that mean they work from home. However they think in 2027 if they can't make it to dublin office that the redundancy offers may no longer be available then. Sh---y situation for the staff. Not easy
Heard from relative who is very anxious and stressed that they plan to do 70 one to one meetings in March and April and everyone else will be done by July. She is not aware of anyone getting an offer to transfer to dublin yet, but if they did, they might be keeping it quiet.
