use thick paper stock, egg-shell white color preferred, typewritten on a smith corona typewriter to increase you employment chances at the local walmart.

Op is right. I applied several times. Even before coming to work waking up early to apply. I would send my resume and 10 mins later i get a rejection letter. You know its the automation ats and no human scanned your resume. Be smart, play the game. You wanna beat ai, then use ai.

look how aggressive they are at costco. they practically tackle you asking you for personal information. I am more than happy I would never buy anything from att since they sold my info to the dark web.

All companies and most governmental entities are moving back to the RTO Model like before the CH&Na virus. It is back to normal for all of us.

I disagree. I actually am safe. Not worried in the least because there a line a mile long of people who want to leave and are just waiting to get severance. Oh did I mention the job I do can’t be outsourced or done by ai?

Most resumes with AT&T listed applicants are immediately filtered out by external companies.
