Our performance ranking offers pay differentiation and promotes a true meritocracy.
The company will recognize those deserving credit for these record profits.
That’s why the executives will get massive stock options and deferred compensation, while you all get thiz nutz.

Europe? That's a weird way to spell India.

But in reality neither place will get any money. That's going to our kleptocratic executives.

Even with only a 3% one time bonus I am paid more than anyone in my village.

It would be nice to have raise enough to cancel out the effects of inflation.

Vast majority of you greedy Yanks are on >$150k. You are already grossly overpaid and do not need/deserve a pay rise. Darren knows this.

Enjoy your 3% crumbs, the fruits are coming to Europe!!!

Execs will give each other million$ in bonuses in November but not give a regular employee anything.

According to Confucius, bonus soon come.

Look for it to be deposited in your a$$et$ by management very soon......just don't forget to bend over sufficiently to receive the entire deposit.

How can they justify their benchmarking? Well, let’s see…. They pay a contractor to tell them what they want to hear. They pay the contractor, probably big money, to justify not paying us.

Remember they took our 7% 401k matching, which puts us at -4%.

I wonder how they will justify b excluding this from benchmarking. Shell also did a 9% bonus just after our 3%. Pay is NOT competitive here.

What are you complaining about, in usa we got 3%, which is about 0.36 of a month salary. Plus we all know the big raise is coming in Jan (not).

Good to see there are companies out there that value the contributions their employee have made to drive site reliability during a hot market to capture record profits. Unfortunately our leadership will continue to spew the same top down benchmarking/competitive benefits talking points with a straight face. #exodus
