Are they paying severance to employees being let go due to P-M? Or are they also being force ranked and let go?

What are these labels 6, 7 and 5 translate?
Depends on the # assigned with force rank/rate whatever they want to label it. 6 and 7 PMs getting let go with no severance. I think 5s were spared this time. Over 30 years and I just got axed with no sev. Watch your backs and if you are put on a bogus pip and told you don’t deserve it but they have no one else to give it to to meet the bm%, then get your resume ready asap. They don’t care about you and lie to your face.
