Agreed. not one mtg and no more travel so can not meet with colleagues or my Manager who I have never ever seen in person after 5 yrs.

I moved from St. Louis to Alpharetta because they wanted me to be a little closer to India to collaborate. I had my reservations about it but I have to hand it to leadership, they really know what they’re doing. There were no less than 3 occasions where someone said on MS Teams “I don’t know what it is but you sound so much closer and it’s really helping us get our sh-t done better now.” Maybe there really is something to this relocation insanity. six degrees of sarcasm here
Nope. No in person meetings. Everything is teams because everyone is sitting in another office all over the country doing the same thing. It’s just d-mb. We can’t be colocated. So it’s just ridiculous. We were virtual long before Covid for a reason.

I have not had one in person meeting in 5 years now.
