Red flags

No need to worry ahead of time, but still, the anxiety is astronomical. Are there any red flags, subtle signs by which a person can know that he or she will be cut?

True story, my manager used our Insights and Q4 OKR meeting two weeks ago to cover another topic. Hasn't had time for us to reschedule another meeting since. No time, no discussion, no Insights review, no Q4 OKR discussion equals no job for me moving forward. What a class act.

If you are grade 9 or below, you are asian, indian, or white(non-hispanic), and you are a female without a technical degree or a male that actually admits to being a male, then that just might be a red flag.

Manager being guarded around you, not assigning you more work, not showing interest in development conversations with you.

Manager asking you to train another existing employee.

Manager constantly including another employee in meetings on the pretext of efficiency or helping your workload

Manager asking your inputs on how things can be done efficiently

Pay attention to all those conversations
