The office is a disaster lately. Tasks that used to take an hour now drag on forever, and half the new hires act like they’re allergic to learning. Not trying to throw anyone under the bus, but it’s exhausting. Wondering if it’s just our team or if this is the norm now. Either way, morale is in the trash.

I heard that the Investment Division just culled all their experienced folks. What an utter mess this place is becoming
Productivity in order:
- Poland
- India
- Lake Mary Fl
- NYC (bullsh1t) actually is an actual roduct
- Wilmington clerical forms review by d-mbo workers with useless degrees.
Children… what’s wrong is that you’ve lost your boomers and now you have to figure things out on your own.
Not to mention the near constant ba----g, sawing, and god knows what else in Lake Mary. I hope I don't ever have to visit that location again because I nearly left there with hearing problems. No idea how anyone gets on there.

YOU ARE WORKING - who cares about completion
Precisely. It’s not about doing a good job. It’s just having a good paying job. See the difference?
Lake Mary is a freaking joke. What passes for technology skillsets and worse—- tech managers there is embarrassing and a laughingstock. There was one tech manager hired with just one skillset: talking nonsense and over people while being annoying as scabies in 100 degree temps. That person caused a lot of damage and was exposed and left after 1 year. There are other new examples of this. It’s impossible to figure how this company is not underwater yet.

It’s even worse when you’ve been somewhere that was semi competent but got lured in due to location and slightly better pay. Management is an absolute mess. This page would be 100% better and more savage if we could toss these clowns under the bus because there’s some people who need it right about now in my department
Their push and initiative to hire in Florida where the talent pool is basically a cesspool is why everything is slowing down to a crawl. Lake mary is 1 step above Pune , they will keep staffing there till it bursts and fails then scramble to hire in NYC again vs gutting it.
P-M has been grinding everyone I work with down. New processes, people getting shifted to new team, and then they’ve also let people go. Morale seems to be the lowest I’ve seen in my few years here.
