ITV is completely redundant. Is there a reason to have 4-5 of the same groups performing the same function? ITV, EBCE, Audit, COSO…..what is the purpose in having all of them? One thing is similar….no one that works in any of these jobs has any idea how the businesses they are supposed to oversee function.
Replace ITV with Wells Fargo and the statement remains true.
