I can't view my average hours report anymore because it's supposedly for exempt employees only now. (I am 99.9% sure HR still uses it for RTO compliance tracking, so it doesn't mean non-exempt is off the hook.)
I suspect someone tried to leverage the average hours report in a lawsuit because it falsely overstates the amount of time worked (lol).

The report claims it's only for exempt employees now, and your supervisor can only see average hourly report of exempt directs.
Of course, assume HR can (still) see everything.
Management should get no overtime. Already overpaid !
Easy fix, count badge swipes in and out. If you get caught coffee badging, instant termination. Problem solved. See how easy that would be.
