Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Next investor question

I’d love to hear one of the investors to ask something like, “with the employee dissatisfaction, above average attrition, and continued knowledge loss, how do you expect to keep the business running and meeting market demands?”

The investors should ask deep questions instead of these predictable questions.

Seriously! Why aren’t our board members asking these types of questions. This encapsulates every single employee’s concerns….the majority, not the minority. We all think it. We all try to say it. We all get told to be quiet.

Shareholders as a rule do not care as long as they get their ill gotten gains. If they do not get them, they generally move on to the next 'fab' stock that will keep them in their idle lifestyle.

Agree. Just a matter of time before Shareholders experience the downside of these decisions.
