Maybe if you treated your Permian employees better they wouldn’t all be resigning. You may be at headcount but the revolving door is impacting results.

The revolving door with operations folks is scary - think of the potential safety issues due to someone new not knowing or one person being overworked and exhausted while trying to do the job of 2-3 people.
Change will only happen when they can’t execute growth projects or reliability drops off the cliff. Alas, the current leadership will just blame everyone else but themselves… just like attrition it will be the Supervisors fault
