Please have the COURAGE OF CONVICTION for the employees to update the Exxonmobil declarations of CULTURE to reflect the current truths! This should be on every Forum Q&A. The company says they want to fix culture, but they rolled out one huge initiative that breaks culture way, way further.
I am also tired of this ‘everyone can fix culture’ matra. Nope. Not when the company takes away our desks in the most insulting way possible, and then feeds us propaganda about how it is so great. That is a LEADERSHIP culture problem. Period.
