Here’s what I actually heard:
1- “No set criteria” So this means they will keep family and friends vs performance?
2- This new scheme. So what they are actually saying is well you have a couple of months to find work but no severance. So this will actually sc--w employees and save money? This sounds like the hunger games!
3- No spin off of fab and fabless. Do we really believe this since the wheels are in motion?
At this point I am tired of all the games. We all have to feed our families, but no executive leaders are held accountable, they just seem d-mbfounded. It’s like a clown show.
You know what metric they can easily use ….. they can just see all of the quiet quitters who are idle on teams for hours at a time during the work day!
