Why do all of the town halls feel like political rallies? They are filled with meaningless words, hedging, empty statements - general BS. These people are empty suits with clowns in the audience clapping like they are praising St-lin in the politburo. The political signaling is in your face - you better clap!

How many millions spent on this AGILE monster and the additional oversight / monitoring / red tape associated with the Wells Fargo version of this tool. We have a huge team of AGILE box checkers and useless “Product Owners”.

The other annoyance is we’re laying all sorts of people off but yet hiring all these execs. Meanwhile I got f’ed on a promotion my boss and his supported.

Both highly, highly confusing to witness people do. This is what happens when people forfeit the ability to be free thinkers in exchange for a figurative wienering of the back of their throat by upper management.
