It should be instant termination honestly - but I don’t know how they’d have any recourse. They could just say they didn’t know how to submit the paperwork properly and then ended up saying they put the kids on spouses plan or something.
I hope there are consequences for people that have been claiming invalid defendants. I mean dependents.

More fraud than ever, at some point they gotta do things like this. We can gnash our teeth about it, but fraud in this area hurts us all with higher rates.
