No opportune to accelerate until we fix the talent problems. Executives have squeezed employees to the breaking point.. our degrees of freedom are limited due to executives driving attrition with their choices. We DO NOT HAVE CAPACITY ON THE MARGIN.

No acceleration planned. Supply chains are backed up, especially in OTCG, pressure pumping, rig workers (especially electricians, since rigs are electric drive now), and certain specialty items (pups/subs/hi strength steels and alloys/top drives/accumulators/bops/valves/frac sand).
Wow. You don’t know what DOF means? Didn’t you take statics at university? My reading of post is that Permian doesn't have options to accelerate due to choices VPs are making which have consequences such as high attrition.
This post makes zero sense.
