If Musk bought Intel he'd turn it into another vaporware company that runs off government subsidies and ponzi scheme investment strategies as he baffles tech-ignorant investors with stuttering bullsnot. He'd then claim he invented the microprocessor and engineered the entire fab himself while launching tools into space on his highly subsidized rockets.
No - what Intel needs is a Steve Jobs, Neutron Jack Welch, Dan Pena and Andy Grove type. Intel is soft and posh and complacent- Intel needs a ball buster who will clear out bureaucracy, not make excuses, make the changes instead of just talking about them; a real leader who came from the trenches and ready to do battle, kick a-s and put Intel back on top and be unapologetic about it. Business is a type of warfare and the fabs have turned into loveboats instead of warships
Why on earth would we listen to that Elon id--t. He makes promises for years and doesn't deliver. Were you stupid enough to pre-pay for Full Self Driving? Have you turned it on? How many people have you ki---d with it?
If Musk bought Intel, hopefully, he'd fire all of the execs that keep wasting company resources pushing "feelings" down our throats, put an end to blatant reverse-discrim inatory hiring practices, and hire people that are serious about technology and innovation.

those getting terminated at Twitter are netting ~ $35M as their contracts make sure their options are cashed. Not bad for them at all.

Agree with the previous comment. Intel needs some serious house cleaning starting from the top down and has for a long time. The company has lost it's edge and hard working people are losing their jobs because of poor leadership.
Getting one of the best engineering minds in the world to buy Intel would be great. Musk isn't an engineer though so not sure who that would be!
Those people should be terminated at Twitter. I think if Musk came to Intel he’d do the same and clean house for ELT and various management levels which is needed
