Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

How long until I receive the release request and package info?

Laid off last cycle, how long did it take others to receive their release and package information? I have looked in my spam. I'll call HR, just thought someone might know from experience.

just a heads-up based on company policy, laid-off employees typically shouldn't contact their former managers for this type of information. There are specific procedures in place for HR to handle the release and package details. It sounds like you found it in your spam folder, which is great! For future reference, HR is the best point of contact for these inquiries.

I found it buried in the spam waste. Thanks all.

OP let us know. If it turns out your manager and/or someone dropped the ball the clock should be extended from the time they actually send it you. The only drawback may be is if they ask why didn’t you contact them sooner depending on timing.

Your manager probably didn't follow the ServiceNow workflow.

I got the Cisive email literally within minutes of hanging up from talking with my manager; it generates once they click on a box indicating they informed me.

Yes. It was fairly soon. Make sure you didn’t already delete it.

24-48 hours from Cisive. Check your junk mail and trash from them. It is time sensitive.
