Historical Employment Reduction

Just curious as to the reduction in US management employment at the end of Q1 2025 compared to end of Q1 2020 or end of 2019. I know current data can be pulled but just wondering if any historical data is available for comparison. Maybe other folks would also be interested.

“ Shedding dead weight”

That would begin at the (complicit) BOD, followed by the C suite & then the extraneous layers of “VP’s”.

Don’t think of it as manpower reduction. It’s more of a health and wellness program. Shedding dead weight.

Remote workers, coffee badgers, and less than 8 hours of office time are part of the reduction
