in tech we have had RTO Added as a goal in workday. and it has to be six hours and 3 days per week, no working 5 in one week and only 1 day the next week…
so i’m wondering what is happening with the random remote people, what’s in their goals???

Not applied to our group (tech)
It stands to reason they’d slap this goal on tech. At Wells Fargo, there’s no product design, no testing, no real requirements—just chaos. You never know what you’re actually supposed to be doing! No user stories, just fairy tales we make up as we go. If they were still pretending to do Agile, they’d say there’s no definition of "done"—no testing, no bugs, no methodology. It’s all, “Hey boss, I did the bare minimum to make you look good.” And when that’s not enough? “Boss, what I couldn’t pull off, I dumped on another team.” Since testing’s a myth here, I’d pin that on the risk team and call it a day.
I was told the guidance is to be in office 12hr per day
any inclusion on goals will be org and team specific otherwise the company as a whole would out our general guidance / policy.
My goal for RTO is to collaborate with my a-s to take a huge dumpski while I am in the office.
I didnt see anything about 6 hours. Still doing for and that is my expectation. I even looked at HR and there is no hour mentioned expect that time off is a full day for half day PTO. Therefore not sure what to tell anyone.
No such goals in tech.
All the "goal" stuff is a dog-and-pony show anyways. I've never completed any of the goals I was given or entered in my own. WF is a 'check the box' pit through and through. All management wants to do is collect a paycheck and cut costs to check their box every quarter. It's all a bad joke.
Those goals are from your management. I’m in tech and have no such goals. My +2 doesn’t care about RTO beyond the minimum.
Bingos like to troll this site and everyone falls for it.
No such goal in CAO.
In tech, in a hub location, just got my goals handed to me (yes, they told me what to enter in word-for-word, two goals) and nothing about being in the office was mentioned. Very vague goals.
Hi. I’m in corporate risk and we do not have that in my team. Also, it’s a 13 week rolling average.
Aren’t all the remote workers getting laid off?
I’d take 6 hours over 8, which is what corporate risk is saying the expectation is.
BS.
No such goal.
