That is awesome! After yesterday’s layoff, I hit an early happy hour and went to bed without setting an alarm in 25 years (other than on pto). Woke up with a renewed sense of energy! Got in a good workout without worrying about my phone ringing for some ridiculous fire drill at work.
I got let go three weeks ago from CB and I can tell you it’s been the best three weeks of my life!
Granted, I have one year severance! So free for now!
Just walking my dog everyday, re-organizing every closet and every drawer in my house, everything is kind of perfect right now with my life and my mind!
I’m not the type to binge watch shows so maybe I’m type “A”, but I have to keep on moving!!

A teammate (or former teammate) sits in a hub city and was impacted today. Location strategy and/or efficiency cuts on the table and nobody is safe tbh
