Chase Auto has been targeting certain individuals who are questioning the Auto leadership about their accountability and wokism that exist. Today 3 people were laid off not due to performance but because someone doesn't like them. Strange part is HR is not interfering in this.

Never work in departments which is led by Indians in chase… they are famous for nepotism and biased towards their own language people.
This happens in all companies more or less.

Everyone should start naming and shaming the executives on the forums available... They should feel the pain of employees.
