Twitter was a terrible deal and waste of money. Musk has mental problems. I would never want to work for him or his companies. Tesla's carbon/eco footprint isn't any better than gas vehicles. People are stupid.
What would he want to buy a legacy business like Cisco? Not in keeping with his business model at all.
He doesn't have the money - Cisco is a $50+ Billion a year enterprise. Twitter, on paper, generates less than $5 billion.
