Can you guys let me know sites where you can find 100% remote jobs? All I find is hybrid .

I got a remote job working for Cisco Systems. 18 months contract. It only took a 45 minute interview to land the job. The problem is the project sponsor left and joined Wells Fargo. Lost my job as they were unable to find a replacement of the project sponsor. 18 months turned into a few weeks employed.
Now I have an under paying office job. Most of my peers can't even find that. only a few found better than what they had at Wells Fargo.
Look at Discover Financial Services.
Most of the great unwashed can’t be trusted to work while in office let alone while unsupervised at home.
Indeed stated recently that less than 10% of their total job posting across all fields are full remote now.
every in office job is getting 1000 applicants where as every remote job is getting 3000. Good luck
Look into back office healthcare jobs. HC facilities are hideously expensive per sq ft, so their executives recognize and appreciate the benefits of having some of their people remote.

Flexjobs.com is a good one. There is a subscription fee but worth checking out.
