The union also negotiated that nice severance plus an extra bonus I’m going to get soon. Sorry low and mid management the company doesn’t care about you, only the c-suite and above get a compensation package.

Sounds like Hands Off became a catch-all for anything you happen to not like. Everyone was out there for different reasons.
