Maybe it is because the force reductions had nothing to do going after the unprofessional, non-contributers and was only an attempt to get anyone to leave. Those that could leave and find other jobs left because they were the most competent. The competent ones that stayed behind no longer care for the company and are just swiping their ID to hit a stupid company imposed quota. The truly incompetent ones will never leave until they are forced out. Blame Stankey and his culture club.
