As if HY gives an S about "high performers" anymore. They are on the exact same chopping block. Unless you're in India, they don't care what you can do. They really don't. You are an expense to be cut, and nothing more.

I have long been against unions due to the corruption, but after seeing how Wells treats their ‘greatest asset’ I am 100% in favor of unionization across the board. Charlie and team have proven they do not value their employees.
