They have started “looking” for reasons to write people up and gave out a lot of documented or-l warnings. People on my team are being laid off year long for not meeting 5.75 call an hour goal. Be on the lookout RIF is coming this month.

This feels like my experience right now in an onboarding phone role. New leader was swapped in for my team, immediately failed 3 RPs for non-reasons. Specified accommodation need during shift bid; ignored and got opposite hours. Requested PTO with my leader 2 weeks in advance; leader shared approved IGO to take... logged on to see it deleted, and cancelled the day AFTER I'd taken it.
Rough; I feel like I'm doing all the right things and miraculously getting dinged.
What changes are being made to phone roles?
I'm assuming this is to cut as many heads as possible before the changes they're making to phone roles soon...
Yeah, that tracks with the training they rolled out this year to managers on progressive corrective action. One of the scenarios was about call metrics. One was about on site attendance.
