I've found a lot of the posts interesting and then they get deleted overnight. What gives? Isn't the whole purpose of this site to start conversations anonymously?

because trolls and bots keep trying to hijack our LAYOFF site to rant about their politics.
Saw this rant about how our President should beg China for forgiveness or something. I scrolled right past it.... wasn't my cup of tea.
if HR was able to delete stuff from this site, there are far more offensive posts about BTM, management, etc. they'd remove before the the stupid schlock popping up on the site this week.
The rest of us don't want to read your id--tic political rants anyway. (especially when it's the same cr*p you're posting on multiple bank pages on this site)
We don't visit TheLayoff.com for politics.
