If you’re the only person in a hub in your position do they lay you off ? Are they looking to get rid of under performers , newer people , people who make more money ? What do you think they base it off or is it random

Good question. During our last round of layoffs a hub employee was let go and a remote employee stayed on. Clearly being in an hub isn’t a safety net.

If you're in the United States and not an executive or directly involved in sales, you're on the block.

If you're remote, have a disability, or POC, or near retirement or live outside of a hub, you're in danger.

They are laying everyone who isn’t a banker or head in SF in corporate banking
