@y2+1jrn9j61g,
the very reason they are where they are at, is because they are very good at PLAYING POLITICS, that's how they got there. According to many psychologists, most of the CEOs and executives are a psychopath who has no emphathy for others. Those executives have absolutely no problem with lying to others or stealing from others.

You guys are nuts. Execs work so dang hard. There’s a reason why they’re at where they’re at.

@hg+1jrn9j61g "Occasionally, they hire an assistant to create a PowerPoint presentation of all the work they have done." You mean the work that they have gotten their slaves and chelas have done.

The management at Wells does a lot of work. They hire tons of people, sit through endless meetings, attend many releases, handle numerous crises, skew hundreds of performance reviews, and lay off hundreds of people. Occasionally, they hire an assistant to create a PowerPoint presentation of all the work they have done.

“ Rank has its privilege”

Many in this company struggle mightily to understand this simple fact.

OP,
do you have some proof that the execs don't do any work?
You seem to think you do. Are you one of their admins?

There was a time we didn't have a CEO and the stock performace was better than with a CEO. Most of management just sets up meeting and has 1000 call in to tell them nothing of value other than their next vacation plans. A year or two passes and you find out they know nothing about banking, they contibuted nothing and then they move on to their next exec position at some other company, wash and repeat.
