The branch employees are phenomenal. I work as an Everyday Banker in one of the many Contact/Call Centers that are closing. Several times a day I get a branch banker on the line who needs help with our customer who is with them in person. Usually it's because the customer is enrolling in Online banking, or resetting their Online Banking. I always enjoy when the Branch Bankers call in. That MVP event for then must have been a well deserved fun time for them. They work hard and are very professional.

My friend's daughter was hired as a teller in the Mechanicsville, Virginia Wells Fargo branch. She said her daughter loves working as a teller for Wells Fargo. ❤️

The branches need more quality sales and service people in them that can really grow the business and help solve complex problems to serve our customers well.

CC and the team are doing a good job and moving things in the right direction for sure. The MVP event they just put on was phenomenal and the engagement and quality of the 1k employees that were there was high. Great sign for the future of branch banking.

BTW, it's nice they're being refurbished and not closed with good employees displaced.

Well it's nice to hear so many branches will be refurbished and not closed. As of last November the only two check styles Wells Fargo offers are Wells Fargo since 1852 checks in single or duplicate. Since then, they quit sending check registers in the orders. The Wells Fargo branch I go to gave me 5 registers today. That made me a very happy customer. I love the Wells Fargo branches, especially the one I go to.

was at wells for decades and saw these refresh programs come and go-- what is odd they always have the same objectives and they start and stop on a dime. long gone from the bank but word on the street is 40 percent cost overrun-- which is not surprising given the countless number of consultants involved. correct that what they got for all this is a generic bank branch and i still get complaints about this

"refurbish" means getting rid of any vestiges of the classic WF. Stagecoach art, stuff like that, to turn them into sterile slightly creepy NYC designer 'spaces'.
