I want to trade all of the WF ESOP in my 401k. What is the best way to do this without getting charged fees?

What in the world are you talking about? Only difference between a SEP IRA and standard Ira is the SEP is for self employed individuals. The investment options within that you mention like ETFs apply to either one.
Don't sell them all off! Reallocate if you are heavy in employee stock but keep 15-20% in wells stock. Our stock has always been a good buy and pays dividends. Reinvest the dividends to purchase more shares and reallocate when we are doing well to diversify your portfolio.
I highly suggest you open a SEP IRA. I did mine at Scottrade which became Ameritrade which became Schwab. Check to see if you can rollover your WF ESOP into a SEP IRA. For instance today in my SEP I purchased 200 NVDS. Will make a ki-ling tomorrow. Another nice thing about SEPs is that you can invest in ETFS and commodity funds and don't have to worry about filing those pesty K1s at tax time. AI Prompt "can an esop be rolled into a SEP IRA?"
Reallocate to other funds.
FAs generally do not advise on 401ks
Highly advise you speak with a financial advisor before you get rid of them.
When did 401k changes start accessing fees?
If you select "Do it for me" instead of "Do it myself" you get assessed fees. :(
