Working at Wells Fargo? Congrats, you're on the chopping block. Especially if your paycheck is bigger than your coworkers'. In that case, you better start polishing that resume. The higher your salary, the bigger the target on your back. Time to accept this.

Can confirm. Over 60 and BS review for first time. Odd comments from manager. Assumed target on my back for awhile.
Go post that on any other company's page on this site and everyone will agree with you. It's a universal truth of corporate life.
Someone tell this same principle to government workers that think their jobs can never be lost.
How about when you are the lowest paid and your boss hates you and doesnt want to lay off friends..so you the one being set up with a target for wrongfull termination??
