Does anyone know when the next round of layoffs will be? 20 years of service here always in good standing but starting to worry in this environment.

Send email request to HR for a copy of last # performance reviews. Keep a copy of this email request for your employee file. Your state employee rights and BNY policy allow for this review. Take good notes if only a review (not copy) is provided.
Document all of your prior reviews. Make sure you understand your states unemployment laws, consult an attorney if you can. Keep up the communication on this site. The fake PIP’s are going to come back to bite eventually.Research snd understand all of your options.
